Loro Essentials – Refund & Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Items must be returned in original packaging

Non-returnable items:

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Hygiene-related items (if applicable)

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for a quick resolution.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect

Order Cancellation:
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, the order may already be processed.

Important (Dropshipping Items):
Some products may be shipped directly from our partners. Shipping times may vary slightly depending on the supplier and location.
